PCR-171
1.7" UHMW Compound Round Manufactured by Sureshot Inc.
For use with combustion, pneumatic or hybrid applications. These rounds fit 1.7" schedule 200 (SDR-21) pressure rated 1.5" PVC pipe. The turned O-ring grooves provide just enough tension to maintain position within barrel. The resiliency of the UHMW material allows multiple use of the same round depending target and backstop.
Check out the video of our PCR-251 in action. We used 3 free pieces of discarded carpet for a backstop and spent an afternoon shooting. The rounds were able to stand direct hits to steel plate and 1/2" TV tube glass with little to no damage to the round!
Fully machined smooth bore design offers 1/2 caliber CP/CG differential. Steel dome protects UHMW upon impact and increases flight stability
Utlizing our BL-417 and firing from a range of 50 yards, we were able to group patterns inside 8 inches.
With Sureshot UHMW compound rounds you can get repeatable accurate test ballistics for accurate "sighting in" and reads on velocity.
