Cracking the myth of spud guns and inaccuracy

The myth is that spud guns cannot shoot accurately out 100 yards. Sureshot Inc. is the first company to produce an accurate round for a spud gun that has accuracy at 100 yards. This video shows the testing of our first compound round prototype fired from our BL-520 spud gun. During our test session we noted 8”grouping for the initial sight in at 40 yards, and a 24” grouping at 100 yards.

The Sureshot compound round is a math-based design with a ˝ caliber “center of pressure” and “center of gravity” differential resulting in excellent non-spin flight stability. The fully machined round also hosts a rebated boat tail further helping to exhaust propelling gases through barrel brakes and reducing unwanted yaw / pitch upon exit of the barrel.
